Many people are afraid that they will not find a common language with the roomer they are going to live at the campus with, and they have right. In the addition to the list of rules, I advice to invent the punishment to person who breaks the rules. For example, make the extra cleaning to be a punishment.
Moreover, make the list of your duties. It is not good when you are cleaning the room all the time and all you roomer is doing is making it dirty, you will fail to have good relations. Make the scheme of being duty, it will help to keep your relations and room in order.
